Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha agreed to acquire Shipping Business of ENEOS Ocean Corporation from ENEOS Ocean Corporation on July 8, 2024.
The transaction is subject to subject to approval and authorization from Fair Trade Commission. The expected completion of the transaction is April 1, 2025.
